Vacuum Sintering Furnace

It adopts a unique internal (external) airflow circulation method and a larger vacuum unit, with the characteristics of uniform cooling, fast speed, good furnace temperature uniformity, large exhaust volume, uniform and controllable temperature, high vacuum and no leakage and etc. The cooling methods are divided into two types: internal circulation (DXRVSX) and external circulation (DXRVS).
The control system is PLC, and the temperature is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller. The control is accurate and the degree of automation is high. It can realize full-automatic/manual disturbance-free switching and abnormal alarm function. The operation is simple and reliable.

Main structure of the sintering furnace:
The equipment is horizontal with a single door and internal circulation gas cooling. It consists of a vacuum system, furnace shell, heating chamber, control system, cooling system, water cooling system, gas charging and discharging system, pneumatic system, temperature measurement system, etc.
