FeCrCo Magnet

Iron chromium cobalt permanent magnets(FeCrCo Magnet) can be magnetized by plane octupole, multi-pole magnetized by plane, and have the advantage of being machined. It is especially suitable for small and thin permanent magnet components with complicated shapes and sizes. It can be used in telephones, tachometers, micro motors, micro relays, speakers, etc.

Descriptions of Features

1. FeCrCo permanent magnet alloy properties are close to permanent magnet alloy properties.
2. FeCrCo permanent magnet alloy has good machining performance and can be drilled、 planned 、weared、stampted and other machining operations.
3. FeCrCo permanent magnets can be made into small 、slender components of various shapes, the minimum wire diameter can be up to 0.05mm, and the thickness of the thinnest strip is only 0.1mm.
4. FeCrCo permanent magnet alloy has excellent temperature stability 、good corrosion resistance and high curie temperature(about 680℃), the maximum working temperature is 400℃.
