Flexible Magnetic Sheets

Flexible Magnetic Sheets are produced with calendering process. It is normally used in office appliance, advertising, checking and testing meters etc. According to its magnetization method, it is divided into penetration magnetization and surface magnetization.(pole width 2,4,7mm or 12,7/6.4/3.6 poles per inch).

Magnetic rubber sheet is made by mixing with plastic or synthetic rubber using Newlife Technology! This is a kind of high-quality material and barium-free! It has permanent magnetic properties with excellent flexibility characteristics. It can be easily cut, slit, folded and twisted without damaging the magnetic power; the magnetic power is guaranteed not to reduce unnormal conditions.

Advantages of Magnetic Rubber Sheet

  1. Producible Range of thickness: 0.2~8mm (8~315mil)
  2. Custom thickness and width are available upon request
  3. advanced UV back coating protects from surface staining and sticking and it eliminates blocking

Material Thickness of rubber magnet sheet

The popular thickness range of flexible magnet material is 0.4-1.5mm, but thicker material is available in high energy. The thicker the material the greater the pull. It is not in direct proportion, but the thicker the material the greater the pull increase. Eg:0.75mm thick material has a pull of 44 grams/cm2 and if proportional the 1.5mm thick material would be 88 grams/cm2, but it is far higher at 140 grams/cm2.
