Applications:
The Hydrogen Cracking Furnace is specifically designed for the hydrogen crushing and dehydrogenation processes of NdFeB materials. It is widely used in the production of high-performance permanent magnets for applications in electric vehicles, wind turbines, and other industries requiring high efficiency and reliability.

Program and control
1. Start vacuum, negative pressure leak detection, hydrogen filling, argon filling when negative pressure occurs, heating, cooling, furnace opening and closing and other fully automatic operations.
2. Use vacuum instruments that are not affected by the medium, alarm when dehydrogenation is abnormal (such as leakage) and automatically stop heating and argon filling.
3. When hydrogen is filled, if the gas supply is insufficient or fails, when the pressure drops to 0.01MPa, argon is automatically added to 0.04MPa.
4. When discharging, there is a discharging speed setting on the touch screen.
5. When adding, dehydrating and discharging, the manual button is prohibited. The opening and closing of the electric furnace is also interlocked.
6. Human-machine interface: touch screen, temperature, pressure, vacuum display and recording.
