Vacuum Melting Furnace

The Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace(vacuum rapid solidification furnace) is a new generation of NdFeB magnetic material smelting equipment, with more advanced technical performance and higher efficiency. It adopts a pit-type collecting tank structure, and directly throws the NdFeB alloy flakes thrown out by the water-cooled roller into the collecting tank, removes the collecting tank to cool it in other locations, and quickly replaces the next collecting tank to continue the next furnace work.

Performance characteristics:

 

1. It eliminates dust and impurity pollution during the smelting process and improves the product yield; at the same time, the equipment can achieve oxygen-free docking with the hydrogen crushing production line produced by our company, ensuring that the material is not secondary polluted during the transfer process.

2. The receiving tank can be quickly replaced, shortening the online cooling time and doubling the work efficiency.

3. The receiving process is automatic, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators; reduces the number of operators, reduces the labor intensity of workers, and optimizes the on-site working environment.

4. It has multiple automatic warnings and safety guarantees to ensure the safe use of the equipment.
