The DXM7640WF-SK CNC Reciprocating Vertical Grinding Machine is specifically designed to meet the verticality requirements of the length sides of a large number of automotive motor laminations.

For a long time, the vertical grinding of square laminations has been a challenge for the magnetic material processing industry. After years of research and practical exploration, our company has finally solved the problem of high-precision vertical grinding of square laminations. The designed CNC reciprocating grinder features automatic clamping, automatic grinding, and automatic discharging of workpieces. It is an ideal equipment for grinding the verticality of square laminations.

 

 

Features:

 

This equipment is mainly developed by our company for the grinding of thin lamination verticality. It features high precision, high efficiency, simple operation, and easy maintenance. The main grinding head motor adopts a 7.5KW servo motor with adjustable speed and energy consumption that is 70% of a conventional motor, ensuring stability and reliability. The grinding feed system adopts a high-precision guide screw design with manual settings for automatic servo feed, allowing for a single feed of 0.01mm. The feeding and grinding system adopts a hydraulic reciprocating design, which is simple to operate, easy to maintain, and ensures effective precision.

 

 

Advantages and Features of Servo Spindle Motor and Feed Motor:

 

  1. Precision: Closed-loop control of position, speed, and torque is achieved, overcoming the step-out problem of stepper motors.
  2. Speed: High-speed performance is excellent, with typical rated speeds reaching 2000~3000 RPM.
  3. Adaptability: Strong overload resistance can withstand loads three times the rated torque, making it particularly suitable for applications with instantaneous load fluctuations and requirements for rapid startup.
  4. Stability: Smooth operation at low speeds without the stepper operation phenomenon like stepper motors. Suitable for applications requiring high-speed response.
  5. Timeliness: Short dynamic response time for motor acceleration and deceleration, typically within tens of milliseconds.
  6. Comfort: Significant reduction in heat generation and noise.

 

 

Machining Characteristics of CNC Grinder:

 

  1. High Flexibility: Machining parts on a CNC machine mainly depends on the machining program, eliminating the need for frequent readjustment of the machine tool. Therefore, CNC machines are suitable for frequent adjustment of feeds, production of small batches of products, and development of new products, thereby shortening production preparation cycles and saving costs on process equipment.
  2. High Machining Precision: CNC machines are controlled in digital signal form. Each pulse signal output by the CNC device moves the machine tool's moving parts by one pulse equivalent. Moreover, the reverse gap and the average error of the screw pitch in the feed transmission chain of the machine tool can be compensated by the CNC device. Therefore, the positioning accuracy of CNC machines is relatively higher than that of conventional grinders.
  3. Stable and Reliable Machining Quality: When processing the same batch of products on the same machine tool under the same processing conditions, the products exhibit good consistency and stable quality.

 

 

Equipment Control System:

 

Controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC, the circuit is easy to maintain. It also features a human-machine interface touchscreen that allows real-time monitoring of various data and quick modification of parameters. Additionally, it has a sensor monitoring mechanism fault function. When a mechanism fails, the touchscreen can display the fault point in a timely manner and stop the machine.
